Kids Fitness Classes

FIT4KIDZ 1HR (5-12yrs) – Based on the fundamental movement skills, a holistic approach to improve physical function utilising a specific set of skills that involve different body parts. Also provides the kids opportunity to be supervised on stationary cardio machines eg: x trainer/rower/bike.

OBSTACLE FUN ZONE (ALL AGES) - The aim of the Obstacle Fitness Course is to provide a unique alternative fitness option.

The course will encapsulate all the FUNdamental Movement Skills at the same time as providing an excellent course of FUN movements.

KIDS BOXERCISE 1HR (5-12yrs) – A fun fitness session maximizing both boxing and kickboxing technique conditioning exercises.

BOOTCAMP 1HR (5-12yrs) - Fun Fitness Challenges, outdoor sessions incorporating ropes, tyres & inflatables challenges.

SELF DEFENCE 1HR (5-12yrs) - A holistic approach to self defence both physical and psychological. No grading or uniform required.

PRICING

 CASUAL CLASS               $10 PER CLASS

 2 MONTHS STUDENT    $40 CASH 

 FAMILY MEMBERSHIP   $55 PER MONTH

Adult Classes

FIT 4 CIRCUIT - Station Style workout offering a wide variety of exercises focused on improving Strength, Cardio-Vascular, Power.

FIT 4 X TRAINING - A unique high energy class incorporating various apparatus to create a functional training focus.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training.

FIT 4 BOXERCISE - Great way to get fit having fun and burning energy at the same time.

FIT 4 BAR - Learn to lift weights with correct technique.

FIT 4 SPIN - Cycle on our Kieser spin bike to varying speed and intervals.

FIT 4 TONE - Low impact class, total body workout with stretching.

CARDIO CHALLENGE - This class is a great lung burner, very high intensity cardio-vascular session utilising various techniques. 

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE TO RUN A CLASS.
