Supervised Hours:
Mon - Fri 9.30am - 11.30am
Casual $10 per child a day
Booking Required.
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to ensure staff are available.

Kids Fitness Classes (PRIMARY SCHOOL AGED)
KIDS FITNESS - 45MIN – Based on the fundamental movement skills, a holistic approach to improve physical function utilising a specific set of skills that involve different body parts. Also provides the kids opportunity to be supervised on stationary cardio machines eg: x trainer/rower/bike.
FIT 4 TEENS - 1HR - These sessions are for high school students who want an introduction to the gym. A combo of strength and fitness.

YOUTH ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT - 1Hr - (10 YEARS +) These sessions encompass all areas of athletic development from injury prevention to improve strength, speed & hypertrophy. Ages 10yrs + & competency screening.

Personal Training Sessions
Allow a fully qualified personal trainer help you achieve your fitness requirements with 1 on 1 assistance. Fitness, muscle growth and tone, rehabilitation or general well being. Whatever your goals are our qualified personal trainers can provide to expertise and encouragement to achieve them. Fit 4 All also extends services to cater for your friends and family in group style workouts and Personal Training Sessions. By appointment only.

Youth Athletic Development
At Fit 4 All, we specialise in sports specific strength &
conditioning programs for aspiring athletes of all levels and ages. With Individualized programs or group sessions we can tailor something to encompass all areas of athletic development from injury prevention, & management improved strength, speed and hypertrophy.

It has evolved to encompass all that mainstream gyms provide, but most importantly, the best athlete friendly facility. We have facilitated some of the areas sporting organisations from Penrith Panthers, Brothers JRL, Penrith Emu's Shute Shield, Nepean FC, Olympic athletes Jacqui Lawrence and the list goes on and on.
Whilst building the facility Milton Karavas has also taught PDHPE for Department of Education 20+years and feels extremely passionate about junior sports development. He is highly confident in combining his ability and experience to assist you reaching your full potential.

Team & Group Training
The latest and innovative group strength & conditioning training. Maximizing various equipment and indoor facilities providing an environment many teams and groups will not have access to at their clubs. For sporting teams and small groups this service can provide you with cross-training and structured co-ordinated sessions and can be a perfect solution to wet weather training and group fitness sessions to break up the monotony of routine training. Allow our fitness professionals to conduct a session in spin cycle, cardio machine e.g rowers, treadmill’s ect, speed & agility, boxing, wrestling just to name a few or feel free to run your own session, all ages welcome from 6’s to opens. We have strong links with a number of local sporting clubs but always looking to extend our connections to the community, if your club or team is interested in forging a partnership or just wanting to book a session feel free to contact us to book an appointment.
