Fit 4 All is proud to announce the launch of our NEW timetable commencing 4th August 2014.
The new timetable will be a unique blend of freestyle designed classes (not your run of the Les Mills). Genuine Kickboxing, self defence, circuit, spin, suspension (trx) and the introduction of Tabata by Donna Hopkins only performed @ Fit 4 All.
Tabata is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods, these short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
We will also be introducing Family Friendly Fitness, a unique opportunity for members to bring along their 12-17years to join in our classes FREE.
